Work Description - Construction Of Office Building Of Punjab National Bank At It Park, Dehradun Including Development Work, Water Supply, Sanitary Installation, Sewerage System, Internal Ei, Hvac, Lifts And Substation (sh: Internal And External Miscellaneous Civil Works, Constomized Furnitures, Kitchen Equipements And Horticulture Works).
The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the CONSTRUCTION OF OFFICE BUILDING OF PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK AT IT PARK, DEHRADUN INCLUDING DEVELOPMENT WORK, WATER SUPPLY, SANITARY INSTALLATION, SEWERAGE SYSTEM, INTERNAL EI, HVAC, LIFTS AND SUBSTATION (SH: INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL MISCELLANEOUS CIVIL WORKS, CONSTOMIZED FURNITURES, KITCHEN EQUIPEMENTS AND HORTICULTURE WORKS)., as per NIT/RFP NO 17/CE/EE/C-I/CPWD/DDUN/2025-26..The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 2,78,95,455 with an EMD of ₹ 5,58,000 payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favour of EE DCD-I CPWD DEHRADUN.
