U.P. Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA), a State Government and UT organization, invites open tenders for the "Contractor for Tolling of Gorakhpur Link Expressway (GLE)". The scope of work encompasses the collection of user fees and operation of toll plazas along with the deployment of critical support vehicles along GLE. This includes the provision of 04 High Roof, Advanced Category Ambulances, 04 Patrol-cum-safety vehicles, and 04 Patrol Vehicles, fully manned with required personnel. The contract period is 365 days. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 5th, 2025, at 10:00 PM at the UPEIDA Office in Lucknow. The deadline for document download and bid submission is May 22nd, 2025, at 05:00 PM. The bid opening date is May 23rd, 2025, at 04:00 PM. This is a two-cover tender. Interested bidders are required to submit a technical proposal (.pdf) and a financial proposal (.xls). A fixed EMD of ₹60,00,000 is required, payable to UPEIDA through RTGS/NEFT/BG. The non-refundable tender fee is ₹1,18,000, payable to UPEIDA through RTGS/NEFT. Bidders can download the tender documents from April 24th, 2025.
