The E-IN-C Branch, Military Engineer Services, through GE AF Adm Area Agra, invites open tenders for the "PROVN OF FUEL STORE IN DSC MESS, PCC HARD STANDING NEAR CSD, UTENSIL RACK IN CERTAIN MD ACCN, SPL REP OF FANS AGAINST BER AND ARBORICULTURE IN SOLAR PLANT UNDER GE (AF) ADM AREA AT AF STATION AGRA." This is a works contract with an estimated value of ₹44,00,000 and a completion period of 180 days. Interested parties can download tender documents from 01-Jul-2025 until 21-Jul-2025 (06:00 PM). Bids must be submitted between 16-Jul-2025 (09:00 AM) and 21-Jul-2025 (06:00 PM). A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹88,000 is required, payable to GE AF Adm Area Agra, and can be submitted through BG/ST or EMD Exemption is allowed. The tender fee is ₹500. The bid opening date is scheduled for 23-Jul-2025 (09:00 AM) at GE AF Adm Area Agra. Enlisted firms in MES must submit scanned copies of their enlistment letter, EPF, and GST registration, while unenlisted firms must provide documents meeting enlistment criteria as per the NIT, along with the EMD. A scanned copy of the application on the letterhead and DD or Banker's cheque in favor of GE AF Adm Area Agra also need to be attached. Payment can be made through Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft.
