The E-IN-C Branch, Military Engineer Services, invites open tenders for the "REPAIR/ MAINT OF EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM, REPAIR/MAINT OF DG SET, SECURITY LIGHTS, FIRE ALARM SYSTEM, VOLTAGE STABILIZERS, LT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AND ALLIED WORKS AT ARC AND AIRWING AREA SARSAWA UNDER GE (AF) SARSAWA," Tender Reference Number 8125/SAR-T-05/2025-26. This is an Item Rate contract, with an estimated tender value of ₹45,00,000 and a completion period of 330 days. Interested bidders must submit a fixed EMD of ₹90,000 payable to GE (AF) SARSAWA and a tender fee of ₹500, also payable to GE (AF) SARSAWA, through Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft. The tender documents, including the BOQ and NIT, can be downloaded from 21-May-2025 05:00 PM to 11-Jun-2025 06:00 PM. Bid submission starts on 04-Jun-2025 05:00 PM and closes on 11-Jun-2025 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 18-Jun-2025 12:00 PM at GE (AF) SARSAWA. Enlisted firms in the appropriate MES class, possessing a SS bond, are eligible to apply; unenlisted firms should refer to Para 1.4 and 1.5 of MoC 2020 for required documentation. Bidders must also furnish their PROVIDENT FUND CODE NUMBER RECEIPT and GST No., along with a list of works in hand in MES and an undertaking for No adverse remarks in WLR of CE Comd or CE Zone. Security clearance certificate as per Para 15 to 20 of NIT is also mandatory. This tender follows a two-cover system; the first cover includes enlistment letter, application form, cost of tender, and other essential documents and second BOQ(T-05)
