The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services, through GE AF TECH AREA AGRA, invites open tenders for comprehensive maintenance and repair to electrically operated hangar gates installed at various buildings including P-567, P-568, P-569, P-570, T-7, T-8, and AN-32 Tech Flt, under their jurisdiction in Agra. The estimated value of the work is ₹35,00,000 and the project is to be completed within 330 days. This is an item rate contract. Interested bidders can download tender documents starting June 3rd, 2025, with the deadline for download and bid submission being June 25th, 2025, at 06:00 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹70,000 is required, payable to GE AF TECH AREA at Agra, and is permissable through BG/ST or EMD Exemption . A tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable. The bid opening date is scheduled for June 30th, 2025, at 02:00 PM at GE AF TECH AREA AGRA. Bidders must submit scanned copies of their application on a letterhead with tender fee and earnest money, latest one-time verification/reclassification enlistment letter, GST and EPFO registration, list of balance workload, an affidavit stating no adverse WLR remarks, electrical license or MOU with an agency having a valid one, and other documents meeting enlisted or un-enlisted contractor criteria.
