Work Description - Repair To Chajja Facia, Leakage, Seepage And Other Misc Works To Otm And Md Accn In Zone-vi Under Age B/r-iv Of Ge (south) Meerut Cantt

The E-IN-C Branch, Military Engineer Services, through Garrison Engineer (South) Meerut Cantt, invites open tenders for civil works, specifically the "REPAIR TO CHAJJA FACIA, LEAKAGE, SEEPAGE AND OTHER MISC WORKS TO OTM AND MD ACCN IN ZONE-VI UNDER AGE B/R-IV OF GE (SOUTH) MEERUT CANTT." This is an item rate contract with a tender value of ₹45,00,000 and a work completion period of 180 days. The tender reference number is GE/MRT/S/8224/2025-2026. The tender documents can be downloaded from June 10, 2025, to July 12, 2025 (06:00 PM). Bids must be submitted between July 5, 2025 (03:00 PM) and July 12, 2025 (06:00 PM). A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹90,000 is required, payable to GE (South) Meerut at Meerut Cantt, and may be submitted through BG/ST or EMD Exemption. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable. The bid opening date is scheduled for July 18, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the office of Garrison Engineer (South) Meerut Cantt.
