The Military Engineer Services, E-IN-C Branch, invites open tenders for the "REPAIR TO SEWAGE AND MANHOLES, DAY TO DAY CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINES, SEPTIC TANKS ,SOAK WELL, MANHOLE, AREA DRAINAGE SYSTEM, AT MARRIED ACCN AND OTHER LEFT OUT AREA UNDER AGE B/R-I GE (EAST) AGRA". This is a Works tender under the Item Rate form of contract, with an estimated tender value of ₹30,00,000. Interested parties can download tender documents from June 11, 2025, 02:00 PM to July 02, 2025, 06:00 PM. Bid submissions are accepted from June 25, 2025, 06:00 PM until July 02, 2025, 06:00 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹60,000 is required, payable to GE (East) Agra, with EMD exemption allowed through BG/ST. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable, payable to GE (East) Agra. The bid opening date is scheduled for July 09, 2025, at 03:00 PM at GE (East) Agra. Tenderers must submit scanned copies of required documents, including application letter, DD for tender cost, enlistment letter (Class D Cat a(ii) in MES or equivalent), UE firm documents, affidavit for no outstanding recovery (if unlisted), PF code, GST registration, BOQ, tender documents, and particular specifications, as outlined in the tender document.
