E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, invites open tenders for annual maintenance work at MD ACCNs in Zone-I & II, area under AGE B/R-1 of GE (North) Meerut Cantt. This project encompasses comprehensive civil works, including repairs to walls, toilets, kitchens, plastering, roof treatment, flooring, bathroom sanitary fittings, and other miscellaneous repairs. The estimated period of work is 180 days. The tender document, reference number 8579/E8, can be downloaded starting September 4th, 2025, 6:00 PM and must be submitted no later than September 26th, 2025, 6:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for October 4th, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the office of GE (North) Meerut Cantt. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹90,000 is required, payable to GE (North) Meerut Cantt, and EMD exemption is allowed as per guidelines.
