The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA), a State Government and UT organization, invites open tenders for the "DESIGN, BUILT, OPERATE, FINANCE AND TRANSFER OF SECOND INNINGS HOME IN VIRAJ KHAND UNDER GOMTI NAGAR SCHEME, LUCKNOW UNDER PPP FRAMEWORK."
