Work Description - Annual Maintenance Contract For Electrical Works Of Lab Areas, Institute Building, 33kv Substation Areas And Old Campus Of Cdri

The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) invites open tenders for the annual maintenance contract for electrical works at the Central Drug Research Institute (CDRI) Lucknow. The scope of work encompasses the upkeep and repair of electrical systems within the lab areas, institute building, 33KV substation areas, and the old campus of CDRI. This is an item-rate contract with an estimated value of ₹37,48,463, and a work period of 365 days. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹74,696 is required, payable to the Director, CDRI Lucknow, through offline modes including Direct Credit, Demand Draft, Bankers Cheque, NEFT or RTGS. Bidders must submit both technical and financial bids in a two-cover system. Cover 1 should include the Electrical contractor License (Class-A), Work Experience, Performance/Completion Certificates, GSTIN Registration, PAN Card and Income tax return of last 3 years, Undertaking as per Annexure- VII and proof of EMD deposition.
