The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), a Public Sector Undertaking, invites open tenders for the "Renovation of workshop, store and other old structures including painting, replacement of AC sheet, Floor repairs , doors and MS structure repairs etc. at MPBC Banthara, Lucknow." as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). This is an item rate contract with Tender Reference Number 1/WKS/22/25-Gl and Tender ID 2025_CSIR_244449_1. The estimated Tender Value is ₹15,86,666 with a work period of 60 days. Bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹31,733, calculated as 2.0% of the tender value, payable to Director CSIR-NBRI, Lucknow through Demand Draft, FDR, Bankers Pay Order(BPO), NEFT or R-T-G-S.
