The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the "Repairing and renovation of Ground floor and 1st floor laboratory flooring, minor maintenance and internal painting, wall cladding, replacement of roof tank, one additional store room near main entrance gate, modification of office building into confrence hall along with requird furniture, open parking behind the office building, Modificaton of main Gate (RCC) and other miscellaneous work at RRSL, Varanasi." This civil works project, bearing Tender ID 129610 and Tender Reference Number 19/EE/VD/2025-26, is estimated to cost ₹79,25,985 and must be completed within 5 months. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,58,520 is required, payable via DD, FDR, or Bank Guarantee in favor of the Executive Engineer, Allahabad Central Division, CPWD, Allahabad. Interested bidders must submit their bids electronically between October 10, 2025, and October 17, 2025, until 03:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for October 17, 2025, at 03:30 PM.
