Work Description - Comprehensive Maintenance Of Electrical Works Relating To Day To Day Maintenance At Agup Office Building & Guest House, Dwr Building Met Office Amousi, Nsso Office Building, Videsh Bhawan Office Building, Epfo Office Building And Cbi Office Building Lucknow (sh:- Temporary Illumination On Occasion Of Independence Day Celebrations)

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for comprehensive maintenance of electrical works, including temporary illumination for Independence Day celebrations, across multiple office buildings in Lucknow, including AGUP Office Building & Guest House, DWR Building Met Office Amousi, NSSO Office Building, Videsh Bhawan Office Building, EPFO Office Building and CBI Office building Lucknow. This electrical works project, identified by Tender ID 122481 and NIT/RFP NO 94/EE(E)/LKO/2025-26, is estimated to cost ₹20,86,875 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹41,738 payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer (E), LCED, CPWD, Lucknow. The bid submission deadline is August 11th, 2025, at 03:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for August 11th, 2025, at 03:30 PM. Interested NON-CPWD CONTRACTOR bidders must submit mandatory documents including treasury challan/demand draft/pay order or bankers cheque/deposit at call receipt/FDR/Bank Guarantee of any Scheduled bank against EMD,Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD,Copy of PAN Card,Certificate of Registration for GST and acknowledgement,Specialized agency with completion certificate in support of Similar work criteria - (a)Three similar completed work of value not less than 40percent of estimated cost put to tender. OR (b) Two similar completed work of value not less than 60percent of estimated cost put to tender. OR (c) One similar completed work of value not less than 80percent of estimated cost put to tender. Turnover- Average annual financial turnover on above works should be at least 50percent of the estimated cost put to tender during the immediate last three consecutive financial years,Profit/loss - The bidder should not have incurred any loss (profit after tax should be positive) in more than two years during available last five consecutive balance sheet, duly audited and certified by the Chartered Accountant,Net worth certificate- Net worth certificate of minimum 10percent of the estimated cost put to tender issued by certified Chartered Accountants, Bidding Capacity as per Form-C3 and Financial - Information (Form-A) (a) Financial Analysis - Details to be furnished duly supported by figures in balance sheet/ profit and loss account for the last five years duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.The bid validity period is 75 days, expiring on October 25th, 2025.
