The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the renovation of Sir Sunder Lal Hospital, BHU Varanasi under the Kayakalp Package - IC. This composite project, NIT/RFP NO 11/BPED/2025-26, encompasses the renovation of the Main Block building (G+5), OPD Block (G+2), Radiology (G+2), and the old Emergency Block (G+2), including internal electrical installations, fire fighting and alarm systems, air conditioning, public address systems, and other development works. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 1,20,541.00. Bidders must possess the requisite Enlistment Order of the Contractor in the appropriate class of Buildings and Roads category, a Certificate of Registration for GST, and an ERP Training Certificate and provide mandatory documents including Insurance Surety Bonds, Account Payee Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee of any Commercial Bank against EMD and PAN Card.. A refundable EMD of ₹ 2,411.00 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favour of the Executive Engineer, BHU Project Division-II, CPWD, BHU, Varanasi and a copy of the receipt for deposition of original EMD.
