Work Description - Construction Of 350 Nos. Bedded Hostel Including Ei Wet Riser & Alarm System Sub-station Dg Set Lift Solar Vrv/vrf Cctv Horticulture Work At Nsi Kanpur Sh Consultancy For Griha 5- Star Facilitation Services.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the construction of a 350-bedded hostel at NSI Kanpur, including essential infrastructure such as EI, wet riser and alarm systems, a sub-station, DG set, lift, solar VRV/VRF, CCTV, horticulture work, and consultancy services for GRIHA 5-star facilitation. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 7,02,100.00 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 14,042.00 payable in favor of the Executive Engineer, Kanpur Central Division, CPWD, Kanpur, via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC or BG. Interested bidders must submit their bids electronically between May 28, 2025, and June 4, 2025, by 3:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for June 4, 2025, at 3:30 PM. Mandatory documents include the EMD instrument, GST registration certificate (if obtained), GRIHA enlistment order, and evidence of prior work experience in GRIHA consultancy of residential/non-residential buildings within the last 7 years, as well as GRIHA empanelment order, and experience in 5-star GRIHA rating consultancy projects for residential/non-residential buildings. The NIT/RFP number is NIQ 06/EE/Kanpur/2025-26. Bidders must have the capability to undertake Civil, Composite works. The project is expected to be completed within a period of 2 years.
