The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for outsourcing comprehensive maintenance of Civil and Electrical work for the day-to-day maintenance of GPRA residential quarters and the CPWD Holiday home, transit hostel, and Guest house at Kendranchal colony, Sector-k, Aliganj, Lucknow (UP) for a period of 36 months, including providing services for a computer operator. This manpower supply contract, NIT/RFP NO 43/EE/Lucknow-I/2025-26/05/AE-III/2025-26, is valued at an estimated cost of ₹5,71,056. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹11,421 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or TC in favor of the Executive Engineer, Lucknow Central Division-I, CPWD, Lucknow. The deadline for bid submission is September 20, 2025, at 03:00 PM.
