The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the construction of new type-V residential quarters at the iCISA campus, A-52, Sector-62, Noida. This project encompasses providing comprehensive consultancy services for the preparation of a master plan, conceptual drawings including new type-V residential quarters and parking requirement, obtaining approval from the client department and local body, and preparing a Detailed Project Report (DPR) including all services with plan approvals from various authorities such as EIA, fire, and AAI, etc. The NIT/RFP NO for this tender is 09/CE(GZB)/NIT/2025-26. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 35,39,991, and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹ 70,800, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of EE-Noida-CD.
