The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the "RMO EI and Fans, 11/0.433 KV Sub-station, Lifts, Fire fighting system, DG sets, water supply pumpsets etc at GPOA Building, Kendralaya Sanjay Place, Agra. (SH:- Comprehensive AMC of 8 Passengers capacity, 02 Nos OTIS make lifts during 2025-27)" This electrical and maintenance work project, referenced as 18/NIT/EE(E)-Agra/2025-26 - Recall 1, has an estimated cost of ₹7,87,548 and a completion timeline of 24 months. Interested NON-CPWD CONTRACTOR bidders must submit their offers as percentage bids by the submission deadline of June 25, 2025, at 03:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for June 25, 2025, at 03:30 PM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹15,751 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, CPWD, ACD, Agra.
