The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for electrical and maintenance works, specifically the operation, maintenance, and repairing of IEI fans, compound light, street light, and water supply pump at the residential complex of the Meteorological Department, including MOEI fans, RMO DG set, and water supply pump of the Meteorological Department at Airfield Agartala during 2025-2026. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 5,99,631, and the time allowed for completion is 12 months. Interested bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 11,993 via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favour of the Executive Engineer(E), Agartala Central Electrical Division, CPWD, Agartala. Mandatory documents include the enlistment order of the contractor in CPWD in the appropriate class in Building and Road category (Composite), a valid electrical contractor license OR undertaking as per NIT, GST registration certificate OR undertaking as per NIT, ERP Training Certificate, insurance surety bonds, account payee demand draft, fixed deposit receipt, banker's cheque or bank guarantee against EMD, and a copy of the receipt for deposition of the original EMD. Bidding documents can be downloaded from 25th September 2025, and bids must be submitted by 10th October 2025, 05:30 PM. The bid opening date is 10th October 2025, 06:00 PM.
