The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the construction of IBB road and fence between BP No. 2270 to BP No 2283, encompassing a road length of 66.16 km and single-row modular fencing of 23.435 km in the Dhalai district of North Tripura. This project specifically focuses on carrying out a detailed survey of existing old fencing at various locations of the 69 BN, covering a total fence length of 55.08 km from BP No. 2097/5-S to 2130/5-S across various stretches in the Tripura State (RE-CALL). The estimated cost of the project is ₹4,46,400, and a percentage bid type will be used. The last date for document download and bid submission is May 6th, 2025, at 4:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for May 6th, 2025, at 4:30 PM. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹8,928 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of THE EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, BORDER FENCING DIVISION-III, CPWD, AGARTALA, TRIPURA. Interested bidders must submit mandatory documents, including a scanned copy of the original EMD, a receipt for EMD deposition, experience certificates of similar works, GST registration certificate/undertaking, site visit certificate from the Assistant Engineer under Border Fencing Division-III, CPWD, Agartala, undertaking for site inspection, and contact details (email ID and telephone number), all as per NIT conditions. The time allowed for the work is 30 days, and bids must remain valid for 30 days after the bid submission deadline, expiring on June 5th, 2025.
