The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, invites open tenders for external and internal periodical services to different buildings inside and outside OTA under GE STM, Chennai. This is an Item Rate contract with an estimated tender value of ₹40,00,000. The tender documents can be downloaded from 03-May-2025 12:00 PM to 24-May-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 17-May-2025 10:00 AM and 24-May-2025 06:00 PM. A tender fee of ₹500 is applicable, payable to the Garrison Engineer, St.Thomas Mount, Chennai. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,000, equivalent to 2.0% of the tender value, is also required and payable to the same authority in Chennai. The bid opening date is scheduled for 02-Jun-2025 at 10:00 AM at the office of the Garrison Engineer, St.Thomas Mount, Old MH Complex, Rudra Road, Chennai-600 016. The successful contractor will have 270 days to complete the work. Enlisted MES contractors must submit their enlistment letter, while unenlisted contractors must provide the necessary documents as per the tender requirements, including Employees Provident Fund (EPF) registration and GST registration.
