Work Description - Outsourcing Of All Comprehensive Maintenance Including Civil & Electrical Maintenance Works Relating To Day To Day Maintenance And House Keeping, Annual & Special Repairs Works Of Civil , Electrical Of General Pool Residential Accommodation (gpra) & Door To Door Collection And Segregation Of Waste , Operation & Maintenance Of Eco Friendly Organic Waste Converters , Shredders And To Process The Organic Biodegradable Waste At Gpra New Campus, Besant Nagar In Chennai For 24 Months.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the outsourcing of comprehensive maintenance, including civil and electrical works, for the General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA) in Chennai. This includes day-to-day maintenance, housekeeping, annual and special repairs, door-to-door waste collection and segregation, and the operation and maintenance of eco-friendly organic waste converters and shredders at the GPRA New Campus, Besant Nagar. The contract duration is 24 months. The estimated cost of the work is ₹2,32,34,140.00. Interested bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹4,64,683.00, payable in favor of EE/CCD V/CPWD/CHENNAI or EE/CCD-I/CPWD/CHENNAI through DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG. Mandatory documents include a copy of the EMD, enlistment order of registered contractors, Form F receipt of EMD deposition, GST Registration Certificate or undertaking, and a notarized affidavit of non-blacklisting (Form H), no older than the Notice Inviting Tender date.
