The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the work of recarpeting bituminous concrete road, laying concrete paver blocks and drain cover around the Girls Hostel Building, and providing a paver block pathway from the Boys Hostel to the Annex building at the IHMCT Campus, Taramani, Chennai. Specifically, this includes providing and laying paver blocks over the parking area and in front of the Substation, along with other related miscellaneous works. The estimated cost of the project is ₹13,78,837, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹27,577 payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favor of Project Region Chennai - CE-CHENNAI - EE-CHENNAI-II.
