The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the work of "Landscaping of lawn in front of Main Office at Casfos, Coimbatore. SH: Horticulture Works." This horticulture and development work, classified under the subwork/package of Civil, has an estimated cost of ₹3,75,602 and requires completion within 2 months. Enlistment order issued by enlistment authority, with validity duly extended, in favor of the CPWD contractor shall only be considered., Certificate of Registration for GST The agencies submitting the tender from outside the state of Tamil Nadu will have to submit the undertaking that they will get registered themselves for GST with the Tamil Nadu Government also, if the work is awarded to them, apart from uploading the original registration of their parent state. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration in the state in which the work is to be taken up, Undertaking Proforma as prescribed in Annexure-2., GST filed return acknowledgement of MARCH 2025 or thereafter, Certificate issued through LMS (Learning Management System) in ERP after completing compulsory ERP training through any of the CPWD RTI at Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata, NCA Ghaziabad as per circular.No.DG/Enlist.Rules-2023/07 Issued by the Authority of Director General, CPWD Dated 12.01.2024., Undertaking for site inspection Intending bidders must upload undertaking that they have inspected and examined the site and its surrounding before submitting their bids - as prescribed in Annexure-3, Notarized Affidavit of Non-black listing and on-Suspension of Business by CPWD/State/Central departments/PSU/Autonomous bodies - as prescribed in Annexure-4, Letter of Transmittal-As prescribed in Annexure-5 and Any other Document as specified elsewhere in the press notice and NIT as mandatory. .
