The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the construction of various buildings, including Boys and Girls Hostels accommodating 300 students each, an Academic Building with 30 classrooms, a Student Amenities Building, an exclusive building for the school of Agriculture, a Department of Cooperation Building, and a Building for the Department of Rural Industries and Management (RIM). This composite civil works project, with NIT/RFP NO 33/AE/MCSD-II/2025-26 (Recall-I), also encompasses conducting a topographical digital survey, the estimated cost being ₹71,624. Interested bidders can download the tender documents from 27th September 2025 to 4th October 2025 (3:00 PM). Bids must be submitted electronically between 27th September 2025 (2:30 PM) and 4th October 2025 (3:00 PM), and will be opened on 4th October 2025 (3:30 PM). A mandatory EMD of ₹1,432, payable to The Executive Engineer, MCD-I, CPWD, Madurai, is required, and can be submitted via DD, FDR, or BG.
