The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the renovation and face-lifting of the Main Building at IHMCT, Taramani, Chennai, as detailed in NIT No. 71/AE-2/II/C2D/2025-26/Chennai. This comprehensive project includes structure strengthening, reconstruction of the portico, terrace waterproofing, terrace tank repair, replacement of the water supply line, broken windows and doors, reconstruction of the drainage system, conversion of a washing area into toilet and bathrooms, construction of six head rooms for elevation, and electrical renovation encompassing copper wiring, energy-efficient lighting, fans, power outlets, and solar heaters.
