The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the outsourcing of comprehensive maintenance of civil works, including day-to-day upkeep, annual and special repairs, and the operation of E&M equipment rooms within residential buildings at the Income Tax Department's Nandavanam Campus in Chennai. This project encompasses 151 Type II, 302 Type III, and 75 Type IV quarters, spanning across Kondrai, Kaanchi, Kaanthal, and Vaagai respectively. The estimated cost of the work is ₹71,94,253, and the contract duration is one year (2025-26). Interested bidders must submit a valid EMD of ₹1,43,885 through DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG favoring Project Region Chennai - CE-CHENNAI - EE-CHENNAI-IV and ensure compliance with all mandatory document requirements, including treasury challan/demand draft/pay order or bankers cheque/ deposit at call receipt/ fixed deposit receipt of a scheduled bank/ bank guarantee of any Scheduled Bank against EMD, enlistment order of the contractor, GST Registration Certificate, Form F Copy of receipt of deposition of original EMD to the division office of any EE, CPWD, Notarized Affidavit on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper for Non-black listing and ERP Training Certificate.
