The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the construction of an A-type (two sections) school building, nine staff residential quarters (Type II/04 Nos, Type III/04 Nos & Type V/1 No), and a boundary wall for Kendriya Vidyalaya, Udumalpet, Tamilnadu, specifically focusing on additional/alteration works for the newly constructed KV school at Udumalpet. This project, NIT/RFP NO 45/EE/CCD/2025-26, carries an estimated cost of ₹62,09,644 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,24,193 payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER CPWD COIMBATORE. Interested bidders must download tender documents starting October 9th, 2025, with bid submissions accepted until October 16th, 2025, at 3:00 PM, and bids will be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM.
