The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the construction of the NCDC Branch Campus, a G+2 floor building, at Tambaram Sanitorium, Chennai. This composite work encompasses comprehensive civil and electrical components, including strip footing, internal water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, internal electrical installations, a substation, fire alarm, fire fighting systems, VRV AC, CCTV, EPBAX, UPS, DG Set, and street lighting. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 15,72,42,785 with an earnest money deposit (EMD) of ₹ 25,72,428 payable via DD, FDR or BG in favour of Project Region Chennai - CE-CHENNAI - EE-CHENNAI-II. The deadline for document download and bid submission is July 30, 2025, at 03:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for July 30, 2025, at 03:30 PM. The project completion timeline is 16 months. Key mandatory documents required for submission include a valid CPWD enlistment order, EMD in the form of FDR DD etc, Form F (Receipt of deposition of original EMD), GST certificate, Form H, Form G, Form I (as per NIT conditions), ERP training certificate, and a valid electrical contractor license or undertaking.
