Work Description - Providing Day To Day Inspection Vehicle Services On Monthly Hire Basis To The Assistant Engineer - I O/o Executive Engineer(puducherry), Cpwd, Puducherry For A Period Of 08 Months During 2025-26. (chargeable To Contingencies Of Ongoing Work)

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for providing day-to-day inspection vehicle services on a monthly hire basis to the Assistant Engineer - I, Office of the Executive Engineer (Puducherry), CPWD, Puducherry, for a period of eight months during 2025-26, chargeable to contingencies of ongoing work. The estimated cost of the work is ₹5,36,821. Interested bidders must submit their bids by 3:00 PM on November 7, 2025. A tender fee of ₹0 applies and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹10,736 is required, payable in favor of the Executive Engineer (Puducherry), CPWD, Puducherry, through DD, FDR, BC, or BG. The bid opening date is scheduled for 3:30 PM on November 7, 2025. The bid validity period is 30 days with expiry on December 7, 2025. Mandatory documents for submission include a copy of the EMD receipt, Bankers Cheque/Demand Draft/FDR/Insurance Surety Bonds/Bank Guarantee for the prescribed EMD amount, CPWD Enlistment Order or registration certificate for specialized travel agencies/firms, GST registration certificate and acknowledgement of up-to-date filed GST returns, a valid notarized affidavit of non-blacklisting, proof of work experience as per Form-D, a valid notarized affidavit of no back-to-back execution of work, a valid notarized affidavit of willingness certificate (if applicable), and a copy of the PAN card.
