The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) has announced an open tender for the maintenance of internal electrical installations, fittings, and external compound and street lights for CPWD Pool Residential Quarters, Inspection Bungalow, Transit Accommodations, and the Central Government Holiday Home, including RMO diesel generation sets, AMF panel, lift, and water pump set at Baluawakani, Gangtok, Sikkim during 2025-26. This service contract, NIT No. 14/EE(E)/SLG/CPWD/SILIGURI/2025-26, is valued at approximately ₹18,49,082 and encompasses manpower supply and day-to-day materials. Bidders must possess a valid CPWD Enlistment Order, Electrical Contractor License, and valid GST registration certificate copy. Other mandatory documents include copy of registration for EPFO and ESIC, copy of PAN Card, EMD in the prescribed format, and a contractor's ERP Training Certificate.
