The Panchayati Raj Department, a State Government and UT organization, through Gram Panchayat Gelawas, invites open tenders for sanitation services at Gram Panchayat Gelawas, Panchayat Samiti, Rohat Dist. Pali for the financial year 2025-26. The work encompasses sanitation of residential houses, CSCs, village roads, and cleanliness of drains in the village, bazar, and main circle. The estimated tender value is ₹3,79,000 with a work period of 365 days. A percentage-based contract will be awarded. Interested bidders must submit their bids between June 8, 2025, and June 22, 2025, by 5:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for June 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM. A tender fee of ₹500 and processing fee of ₹500 is applicable, payable to Gram Panchayat Gelawas/MD RISL, Jaipur at Rohat/Jaipur. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹7,580, representing 2% of the tender value, is required and payable to Gram Panchayat Gelawas at Rohat, with exemptions allowed. The tender documents, including NIT No 02 of 2025-26, affidavits, undertakings, RTPP Transparency annexures, and the Price Bid (BOQ) in .xls format must be submitted in two covers as outlined in the tender document. Bids will be valid for 90 days.
