The Panchayati Raj Department, a State Govt. and UT organisation, invites open tenders for the work of "GRAM PANCHAYAT KE SAMAST GAAVO ME GHAR-GHAR (AAVASIYA EV VYAVSAYIK) SE KACHRA SANGRAHAN EV PRATHAKKARAN, SADAK EV NALI SAFAI TATHA SAMUDAYIK SWACHCHHTA PARISAR KI SAFAI SAHIT KARYA - GP RUPAHELI KHURD PS BANERA FY 2025-26" under Tender Reference Number NIT/2025-26/32-RUPAHELI KHURD. This project, valued at ₹11,00,000, involves comprehensive waste collection and segregation, road and drain cleaning, and community sanitation area cleaning within all villages of the Gram Panchayat. A tender fee of ₹1000, along with a processing fee of ₹500, is applicable, payable to SARPANCH GP RUPAHELI KHURD/MD RISL JAIPUR at Banera/Jaipur. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹22,000, calculated as 2.0% of the tender value, is required, payable to SARPANCH GP RUPAHELI KHURD at Banera; EMD exemption is allowed. The tender consists of two covers: the first containing the Tender Fee, Processing Fee, EMD, GST Registration, and other required technical documents, and the second containing the BOQ.
