The E-IN-C Branch, Military Engineer Services, invites open tenders for the "GE(A)/SOG-TOKEN-38/2025-26 REPAIR TO WATER PROOFING TREATMENT AND SUNKEN TREATMENT TO CERTAIN BLDGS INCLUDING REPAIR OF SERVICE WATER TANK IN OTM AND MD ACCN IN THE AOR OF AGE B/R-II UNDER GE (A) SURATGARH AT SURATGRH MIL STN" work. This is an item rate contract. Tender documents are available for download from September 22, 2025, until October 13, 2025, 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between October 6, 2025, and October 13, 2025, 06:00 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,000.00 is required, payable to GE(A) SURATGARH, through Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft and must be submitted in Cover 1. The tender fee is ₹500, also payable to GE(A) SURATGARH via Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft. The estimated tender value is ₹40,00,000.00, and the period of work is 120 days. The bid opening is scheduled for October 15, 2025, at 12:00 PM at GE (A) SURATGARH MIL STATION. Prospective bidders must submit scanned copies of required documents, including EMD, tender fee payment proof, MES enlistment letter (or eligibility documents for unenlisted firms), GST registration certificate, and Provident Fund certificate in Cover 1.
