E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for "PROVN OF STORAGE SHED AND CERTAIN OTHER WORKS IN TECH AREA AT AF STN NAL", as described in the Bill of Quantities. This item-rate contract, referenced as GE (AF) NAL /T-52/2025-26 and Tender ID 2025_MES_730020_1, is for civil works valued at ₹44,25,000, with a period of work of 120 days. Bidders must meet the criteria of enlistment as per MOC 2020 category a(I) class d and above. A tender fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹88,500 (2.0% of the tender value) are required, payable offline via Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft to GE AF NAL, payable at BIKANER. The tender document can be downloaded starting September 9, 2025, at 04:30 PM and until September 29, 2025, at 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted from September 23, 2025, at 09:00 AM until September 29, 2025, at 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for October 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM at GE AF NAL. The tender allows for withdrawal, but does not allow Multi Currency. This is a two cover tender, the first cover must include scanned copies of bidder's application, DD/Bankers cheque, MES enlistment letter (if enlisted in MES), EPFO registration certificate, GST registration and other documents meeting the criteria of enlistment as per MOC 2020 if un-enlisted and work load details for one class below contractor as per NIT.
