Work Description - Construction Sub Health Center At Sujawas Block Piprali, District Sikar

The Executive Engineer M and H, Dn. Sikar, representing the Medical and Health organization (State Govt. and UT), invites open tenders for the construction of a Sub Health Center at Sujawas Block Piprali, District Sikar. The estimated tender value is ₹52,00,000, with a required EMD of ₹1,04,000, representing 2.0% of the tender value, payable via RTGS/NEFT or other money transfer systems as per NIT. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹3,500 is required, comprising a tender fee of ₹2,000 and a processing fee of ₹1,500, also payable via RTGS/NEFT or other approved money transfer system. Bidding will be conducted through a two-cover system. Cover 1 requires bank details and RTGS/NEFT reference. Cover 2 includes firm registration, GST and any other documentation in line with NIT/ Tender Documents. Schedule G/BOQ will be submitted in cover 2. Bids will be opened on May 16th, 2025, at 03:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer M and H, Dn. Sikar. The contract type is a percentage based. The completion period for the work is 180 days, with a bid validity of 90 days.
