The Jodhpur Development Authority (JDA), a State Government and UT organization, invites open tenders for the remaining construction of EWS LIG houses as per Model No. 04(i)CMJAY 2015 at Khasra No. 827/650, Village Chokha, Jodhpur Part-IV, with Tender Reference Number JoDA/Nit-11/CMJY/2025-26. The estimated tender value is ₹4,10,00,000. The contract is a percentage-based form, and the period of work is 450 days. The tender is a two-cover system: Cover 1 requires fee documents, firm registration, and GST registration, while Cover 2 includes technical and financial bid documents and the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
