The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the construction of a Multipurpose Hall, Kitchen, Dining Hall, one Warden residence each for Boys and Girls Hostels, and a new compound wall, including raising the height of the existing boundary wall at EMRS, Biharipura, Toonga, Bassi, Jaipur, Rajasthan. This tender also encompasses providing services for an inspection vehicle for the Office of Assistant Engineer, subdivision I, GSI Campus, Jhalana Doongri CPWD Jaipur. The NIT/RFP number for this project is 12/2025-26/EE/J-II/Jaipur/I. The estimated completion time for this work is 8 months. The EMD amount is ₹11,904, payable via DD, FDR, or BC in favor of Project Region Chandigarh - CE -JAIPUR - EE-Jaipur-II - AE-C-1. Mandatory documents for submission include Treasury Challan, Demand Draft, Pay order, Bankers Cheque, or Bank Guarantee against EMD, Receipt of submission of physical EMD, GST registration certificate (or undertaking), and vehicle documents which include the copy of registration certificate,insurance, vehicle fitness certificate by RTO and vehicle permit for Rajasthan . The vehicle model should be SUV/Sedan like as Creta, Bolero, Toyota Etios, Swift Dzire or equivalent make and should not be older than December 2022.
