The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the following works at Mount Abu, Rajasthan: (1) Repair/Renovation of 7 CPWD staff quarters of Chaprasi line, including Civil and Electrical works, and (2) Comprehensive maintenance of residential and non-residential buildings under Mount Abu Sub Division for the year 2024-25 to 2025-26. This includes providing services of caretakers, sweepers, a computer operator, and a vehicle for Shellmani Inspection Bungalow and the Sub Division Office. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 5,25,703 with an earnest money deposit (EMD) of ₹ 10,515, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, Jodhpur. Bids must be submitted between 11-Jun-2025 04:08 PM and 18-Jun-2025 05:00 PM, and will be opened on 18-Jun-2025 05:30 PM. The completion period is 108 days.
