Work Description - Consultancy Services For (i) C/o Office And Residential Quarters (t-iv/01, T-iii/02 & T-ii/02) For Sib At Udaipur (raj.) & (ii) C/o Office And Residential Quarters (t-iii/02 & T-ii/02) For Sib At Sanchore (raj.)

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for consultancy services concerning the construction of office and residential quarters for SIB at Udaipur and Sanchore, Rajasthan, as detailed in NIT/RFP NO 24/EE/Jodhpur/2025-26/AE-I, Udaipur. This encompasses (i) construction of office and residential quarters (T-IV/01, T-III/02 & T-II/02) for SIB at Udaipur and (ii) construction of office and residential quarters (T-III/02 & T-II/02) for SIB at Sanchore. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 1,78,726, and the time allowed for completion is 45 days. Bidders must be NON-CPWD CONTRACTOR. Interested parties can download the tender documents from 15-Jul-2025 to 22-Jul-2025 until 03:00 PM. Bids must be submitted electronically between 15-Jul-2025 and 22-Jul-2025, closing at 03:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for 22-Jul-2025 at 04:00 PM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 3,575 is required, payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favour of Executive Engineer (Jodhpur) CPWD Jodhpur. Key mandatory documents include the EMD, enlistment order of the contractor in appropriate class having validity at least till last date of bid submission, GST registration certificate, undertaking for GST registration certificate, copy of receipt for deposited of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD, bidder's address with phone number and email ID, and a list of eligible similar nature of works completed in the last seven years.
