The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services, acting through the Garrison Engineer, Gurdaspur, invites open tenders for day-to-day maintenance of specified buildings located in Tibri, GSR, DBN, Shikar, Kasowal, Batala, and Bhile ka Bagh areas, as well as certain repairs to roofs, chajjas, facias, parapets, and shafts in OTM Accommodation under AGE B/R-I at GE Gurdaspur. This item-rate contract, with Tender Reference Number GE GSR-58/2025-2026, is valued at ₹48,93,000. The period of work is 240 days, and the bid validity is 60 days.
