Work Description - As Per Tender Documents

The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through Garrison Engineer (South) Patiala, invites open tenders for specialized repair work to Building No. P-11 (1 to 6 Quarters) or MD ACCN at Nabha, under GE (S) Patiala. This is an item rate contract, with the tender reference number GE(S)/PAT/T-07/2025-26. The estimated period of work is 120 days. Interested bidders can download the tender documents, including the Work Item Documents containing BoQ Schedule A, and Tender documents containing General conditions special conditions and particular specifications, starting from August 14, 2025, 5:00 PM, until September 4, 2025, 6:00 PM. A fixed EMD of ₹68,100 is required, payable to GE (South) Patiala, and an offline tender fee of ₹500 payable at Patiala is also applicable. The bid submission deadline is September 4, 2025, at 6:00 PM, and the bid opening date is scheduled for September 6, 2025, at 11:00 AM at GE (South) Patiala. Bidders must submit scanned copies of required documents, including application, DD/Bankers Cheque for tender fee, enlistment letter, Provident Fund Code, GST Registration, Bid Security Declaration, and tender documents containing BOQ in two covers as per NIT. EMD Exemption is allowed.
