The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through Garrison Engineer, Gurdaspur, invites open tenders for day-to-day maintenance of certain buildings at Tibri, GSR, DBN, Shikar, Kasowal, Batala, and Bhole ka Bagh area, along with specified repairs to roofs, chajjas, facias, parapets, and shafts in OTM Accommodation under AGE B/R-I at GE Gurdaspur. This Item Rate contract, with Tender Reference Number GE GSR-58/2025-2026, is valued at ₹48,93,000, with a period of work of 240 days and a bid validity of 60 days. Interested parties must submit a fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹97,860 payable to GE Gurdaspur and a tender fee of ₹500, also payable to GE Gurdaspur, via Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft. The bid submission window opens on October 21, 2025, at 06:00 PM and closes on October 28, 2025, at 06:00 PM. Bids will be opened on November 04, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the office of the Garrison Engineer, Gurdaspur. This tender is subject to a two-cover system; the first cover will contain scanned copies of the application, enlistment letter, residual work details, EMD, documents meeting MES enlistment criteria, cost of tender payment proof, GST, and EPF number and the second cover will contain the price bid.
