The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for "CERTAIN REPAIR/ MAINT/ RENEWAL TO INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION SYSTEM, CEILING FANS/ EXHAUST FANS/ VENTILATION FANS, BLDG EARTHING, STORAGE WATER HEATER, DESERT COOLERS AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS IN DOMESTIC AREA AT UNCHIBASSI UNDER GE SOUTH PATHANKOT." This is an item rate contract with an estimated value of ₹30,00,000. Tender documents can be downloaded from 11-Aug-2025 12:30 PM until 01-Sep-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 26-Aug-2025 09:00 AM and 01-Sep-2025 06:00 PM, and will be opened on 03-Sep-2025 at 10:00 AM at GE SOUTH PATHANKOT. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹60,000 is required, payable to GE SOUTH PATHANKOT at PATHANKOT, and EMD exemption is allowed through BG/ST. A tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable, payable offline to GE SOUTH PATHANKOT at PATHANKOT. The tender reference number is GES/PKT/52/2025-26. This tender requires submission of scanned copies of enlistment letter, application letter, tender fee DD, provident fund code number, GST Registration Number, documents meeting enlistment criteria of MES (for un-enlisted contractors), Affidavit of No recovery (for un-enlisted firms), EMD, and the quoted BOQ in two covers. The period of work is 180 days and the bid validity is 60 days.
