E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES invites open tenders for the "SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROOFING OF BLDG NO. NP 27, T-7,T-5, NP-21, NP-22, NP-125,T-56,T-60 AND T-61 AT BHADORIYA AND DHANGU COMPLEX, SPECIAL REPAIR TO 06 TOILET BLOCKS OF 167 MH LAB-03 (NP-02), FWC-01 (NP-02), ICU-01 (NP-03), MAIN OFFICE (T-03), ADDN/ALTN" at PATHANKOT. This is an item rate contract with a tender value of ₹47,71,000 and a work completion period of 180 days. The tender reference number is GES/PKT/12/2025-26 with Tender ID 2025_MES_708737_1. Interested bidders can download the tender documents from 17-May-2025 11:30 AM to 09-Jun-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 02-Jun-2025 09:00 AM and 09-Jun-2025 06:00 PM. A fixed EMD of ₹95,420 is required, payable to GE SOUTH PATHANKOT at PATHANKOT, and the tender fee is ₹500, also payable to GE SOUTH PATHANKOT at PATHANKOT. Enlisted contractors in MES with Appendix A and B must submit scanned copies of their enlistment letter, along with an application on their firm's letterhead, a DD for the tender fee, and proof of provident fund and GST registration. Un-enlisted contractors should provide documents meeting MES enlistment criteria, an affidavit of no outstanding recovery in any government department and the EMD in the form of FDR along with scanned copy of provident fund Code No and GST Regn No. The tender shall be submitted in two covers, one containing the fee/prequal/technical documents, and the second cover containing the quoted BOQ.
