Work Description - Term Contract For Artificer Works In The Area Of Age Br Ii At Amritsar Cantt

The E-IN-C Branch, Military Engineer Services, invites open tenders for artificer works in the area of AGE BR II at Amritsar Cantt. (Tender Reference Number GE/ASR-22/2025-26). This is a term contract, valued at ₹25,00,000, for a period of 365 days. Eligible contractors falling under Class E, Category a(i), can participate. Tender documents are available for download from June 6, 2025, until June 27, 2025, at 6:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between June 20, 2025, at 12:00 PM and June 27, 2025, at 6:00 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹50,000 is required, payable to GE Amritsar and a tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable. The bid opening date is scheduled for July 4, 2025, at 3:00 PM at the office of GE Amritsar, located at Garrison Engineer Amritsar Cantt, PIN 143001. Bidders must submit scanned copies of the application, demand draft as tender fees, enlistment letter including amendments, police verification report (or passport copy for unenlisted contractors), documents demonstrating eligibility criteria, provident fund number (PFCN), GST number, tender documents (including corrigenda), and the EMD. The financial bid should be submitted separately. Offline payment for the EMD and tender fee is accepted through Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft.
