The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services, through the Garrison Engineer, Gurdaspur, invites open tenders for certain Building Repair (B/R) works related to joinery, plumbing, flooring, and sunken treatment of Other Than Married (OTM) Accommodation in Infantry Battalion V and VI, under the Assistant Garrison Engineer (AGE) B/R-I at GE Gurdaspur. The estimated value of this Item Rate contract is ₹45,00,000, with a period of work of 180 days. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹90,000 is required, payable to GE Gurdaspur, alongside a non-refundable tender fee of ₹500. The tender documents can be downloaded from June 11, 2025, until July 4, 2025, with the deadline for bid submission also being July 4, 2025. Bids will be opened on July 11, 2025, at the office of the Garrison Engineer, Gurdaspur.
