The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services, acting through GE (AF) Bhisiana, invites open tenders for the "REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF RAW WATER CHANNEL AND AVIATION LIGHTS/ LADDER ON OHTs WORK CENTRIFUGAL/ MONOBLOCK/ SUBMERSIBLE AND ALLIED WATER SUPPLY WORK IN DOMESTIC SMQ AREA AT AF STN BHISIANA". This is an Item Rate contract. The tender documents can be downloaded from 13-Sep-2025 06:00 PM to 06-Oct-2025 06:00 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹99,800.00 and a tender fee of ₹500.00 are required, payable to GE (AF) BHISIANA through Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft. EMD exemption is allowed. Bids must be submitted online starting from 29-Sep-2025 10:00 AM and no later than 06-Oct-2025 06:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for 08-Oct-2025 10:00 AM at GE (AF) BHISIANA. Tenderers should note that scanned copies of the application letter, Demand Draft, GST registration letter, EPF/Provident Fund details, enlistment letter, clarification for rates (if abnormally low), and residual workload (if one class below eligible) must be submitted in Cover 1. The BOQ should be submitted in cover 2, along with tender documents and general instructions. The work has to be completed within 273 days, and the bid validity is 60 days.
