The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for consultancy services related to the preparation of a Detailed Project Report, Cost and Time Estimates, Tender Documents, and drawings for the construction of axial roads (roads leading from locations inside Indian Territory to the border security fence) along the Indo-Pak border under the Gurdaspur and Amritsar Sector in Punjab, covering a total length of 86.773 Kms. This project, NIT/RFP NO 01/EE/BFD-II/CPWD/ASR/2025-26, specifically includes the completion of work related to land acquisition, such as survey, demarcation on the ground, preparation of draft notifications, and verifying them with the revenue department; this constitutes Package-II (a). The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 62,04,964, and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) required is ₹ 1,24,099, payable via DD, FDR, or Banker's Cheque in favor of EE, BFD II, CPWD, Amritsar.
