The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the composite work of MOEI and fans, including compound lighting and water supply pump set at Central Excise and Custom Building, Ropar (Pb). The project encompasses providing services for internal electrical installations, compound lighting, and water supply pumps in the office building and residential complex. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 5,12,621 and requires an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 10,252, payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer (E), CCED, CPWD, Chandigarh. This is the 2nd call with NIT/RFP number 12/2025-26/CCED/Chandigarh/SD-II. The tender documents can be downloaded from 20-May-2025 to 27-May-2025 until 03:30 PM. Bids must be submitted by 03:30 PM on 27-May-2025, and will be opened on the same day at 04:00 PM.
